在python官网下载对应的包

Python环境: https://HdhCmsTestpython.org/

本例是安装python2 最新版本，由于现在的版本不需要安装pip，安装selenium时候直接用命令

在cmd下用命令:pip install selenium,如安装出错，请切换到国内的安装源

pip install selenium -i http://pypi.douban测试数据/simple
