Install
To install our rocking collection of snippets you need to first install the snippets library and then install the Acire viewer to view them. Currently these installation instructions are designed for installation Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala and and Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx : if you have instructions for installation on another system, do let us know.
Installing the Python Snippets library
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:python-snippets-drivers/python-snippets-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install python-snippets
Installing Acire
The best way to browse, learn from and use Python Snippets is by using Acire. You can install Acire with the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:acire-team/acire-releases
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install acire
